This is a large bulk amount of Japanese Wasabi, it should last even the fanatical sushi eater months.
Instructions for use:
Mix Desired amount of powder with enough water to from a paste
Cover and Let Stand for 5 Minutes for flavor to develop
Take a small amount (or large if you are brave or a seasoned sushi eater ) of Sushi Wasabi, and put it into a soy sauce dish, the pour a few tablespoons of premium Soy Sauce ( I recommend Yamasa brand ) in the dish
Now you can mix small amounts of wasabi with the soy,and adjust the ratio as you eat different sashimi or sushi.
Dip your sushi and or sashimi into the mixture and Enjoy!
